Any change on ini. file rule?

My friend just recently started playing Perfect World a couple a weeks ago. She first made a Seeker and fell in love with its wonderful details. She asked me if it was okay to put EG eyes and hair on her Newly made Assassin. So my question is are we able to put eyes and hair from EG on other classes? She mentioned seeing some people with EG eyes and TB hair. I don't want her to get banned so im asking this question: Do people get banned permanently for chaining eye textures and hairstyles through the the use of ini. files? :D Thank You.

    yes if she gets reported she can get banned.
