Town of Arrivals Catshop killing

I am thoroughly upset about this. For the second time this week someone has brought a boss down to Town of Arrivals and killed all the catshops there. Both times this happened I was afk because this is my catshop on my alt. The first time I know someone brought down Viridis Stormhorn and killed me and the other shops there. This second time I don't know because when I came back to my alt it was disconnected and I could not find out which boss had killed me and the other shops. I want to catch this guy and get him banned because I was told this was a bannable offense. And it should be a bannable, because I should have the right to catshop at prime locations without fearing that my shop will be killed while I'm sleeping or at work.
