Rousing order where do I get one? I can't seem to find anything on forums or on database.

    Same question!
    I'm lvl 41 and in FB39, tells me I need either a Rousing Order or Conjurer Card!
    Where to get those?!

    You can find a Empyrion Motaku NPC in every major city, you can pick up a quest from him. After you choosed your Dungeon, you're gonna get a quest, which gonna teleport you to the Dungeon. There will be another NPC (Flyxias the Cloud), you can pick up the Rousing Order from him. ^^
