Can't Remember Log in information

Hi again PW. Its been almost a year since i last played...
Unfortunately, in that time i've forgotten my log in information...clearly i remember my site log in but not my actual PW game log in information...
I dont remember if its a totally different name or what... Clearly I've been gone way too long. Is there a way to recover this information?

Unless you're poisting form a second account you didn't play on.. lol
