A person needs 10 badges of bravery to make 1 sign of bravery.
A single badge of bravery is 20M so a sign of bravery is 200M.
The simple solution to this "accessibility problem" is to put the badge of bravery in the dragon point system.

A sign of bravery is used for sage weapons.
