TT Nirvana Bound

Is all TT Nirvana gear bound when equiped? Or is it only bound if the TT99 gear that was used to craft it was bound before hand?

    Same state as TT was before. If TT was not equipped - Nirvana will same, if TT already bound - Nirvana will be bound as soon as crafted.

    Does Nirvana bind when equiped if u forge it with an unbound peice of TT gear or wep?

    Yes it will be bound. It's act like TT.
    But if you crafted nirvana from Lunar items - it will be always unbound =)
