Robe of Blood Might

I'm wondering if that is a good robe to have for medium level until I get up to level 70-ish. I'm a slow player who holds level and grinds so it'll be a long time before I get to, say, Steppenwolf Lord's Cape. Also what are the price ranges for those items?

It's a DQ item, right? I am not sure what the prices are, but it depends on the price of DQ orders on your server. It's okay, though, I think you could do fine with quest rewards or 3*'s (it's what I did)

    Just my .02, cheers! b:victory

You mean like going on BHs? I didn't spend a lot of time shopping for 3*, and getting the mats to manufacture my own equipment seem equally time consuming/expensive... sort of?

If you want to buy it from the the DQ NPC, it comes as a mold. These DQ items are where the FB Blood is needed as one of the crafting components.

Have you spotted one in the AH or a cat shop? That might be the way to go.

    Edit:

I used mine for quite a while. I did not replace it with a Snow Dance as that one has no +magic attribute to refine against.

It costs 30 Copper Dragon Orders which I think sell for around 100k on my server, so 3 mil+ and a few mats to buy. Personally, level 40-60 goes by so quick I'd suggest 3 stars and save your coin.

I forgot about rank gear. Level 60 stuff is good - here are the stats for the Robe of the Believer:

    Physical Defense +124
    Elemental Defense +1110
    Magic +4~5
    HP +80
    Channeling -3%

Does require rank 4 (5k rep) and level 60 though :<

I've looked at the rank robe before, and I'm actually 2.5k rep away from it. Would that be better and probably simpler to get instead of Robe of Blood Might? I'm checking the AH and cat-shop semi-regularly for Blood Might but haven't seen it. The only cost-sensible way to get BM is farm the Copper Dragon Order myself then probably buy the rest of the bloods. The thing is I want to not speed-level and just play real slow, but right now I'm dying every other mob in Swiftwind zone. I can either farm Blood Might, or farm mats to manufacture hopefully a good armor set, or zoom to 60 and try to get rank robe then play slow from there. What are your thoughts?

rep to get lvl 60 gears

are like 2 gold.. which cost 2.4~2.6 mil

you get something that has -% channel and probably more useful.

And rep is needed if you want to get rank 8 later.

seriously how slow do you want to level?

Avoid BH all the way and just grind your way up?

if not you will be leveling 1 level or maybe 1/2 every day if you stack your bh.

...that's pretty much exactly what I want to avoid. I guess pretty slowly, if you put it that way. So it's probably best if I manufacture some gear for now until I get to level 60 and get the rank robe...

This is a AWESOME robe and in my opinion, and very good investment unless you're planning on power lvling to 70.

I wore this robe from lvl 40-70. The high mag defense helped in BH and with grinding.

I paid 2mill for my +3 2 soc one that I got from AH. I then got it to 4 socs and resold for ab 4 mill. Granted, this was before rank gear was common and the robe was coveted. I don't know what the current price is with the market these days.

Strictly PvE based, a simple blue 1-star gear with decent stat will get you thru lvl 40. With the amount of quest that makes fast leveling, invest in legendary gear doesn't make too much sense at that level.

Maybe you could try find some cheap 2/3-star gear and save the money to buy TT or legendary gear/mats once you reach lvl 60+. Also I would say to wait till lvl 70 and get TT70 armor and the weapon from divine orders, wich are legendary weapons.

I'm definitely not speed leveling so rank gear will have to just come with time. Looks like I'll be hoping to get lucky in catshop/AH for either Blood Might or good 3-stars while crafting my own armors.

definetly crafting your own armor will work too.

I was also thinking if you already have Rank 1, you could buy the rank 1 robe and legs, refine them and put some cheap phys/HP shards on it. If you have saved the celestones and the shards from quest you can get a pretty good piece or armor, equal or better than legendary gear, for less.

10k for a 3-star lvl 30 gear with good stats is not bad. They last you up to lvl 60 with +3 refines and some common citrine/garnet shards.

the only drawback is you can't sell it or transfer it to another charactor you may have.

I have all the quest gems as well as gem drops (since I grind Hell lot). Been saving them for dunno what. Since repair is cheaper for 3-stars than mold item, I'll farm the mats and craft some armors. Thanks for everyone's inputs that helped me sort this out!
