I'm new here, and i have two questions

I'm new here, to this game. I looked at avaiable quests, and saw Arcane remedy. I'm a level 3 btw. i looked at the people around me, and the quest giver is not on the list of auto track. I'm lost at what to do. on how to find quest avaiable people if they are not in area.

That and how do i speak in guild chat? I clicked on the faction button, but when I type it doesn't show up with guild by the message i typed in and it isn't blue.

    To typee in faction chat use !~and for the quest thing, im not sure since I CAN'T EVEN GET IN THE GAMEb:byeb:angry

    To type in guild chat you can use !~ then the message. Example: !~Hello!

    Or you can click on the chat mode near your chat space. By default it is A, which means all.

    For the quest, what you can do is turn on npc tags. There is a check box in your quest list, bottom right corner. When it is checked, important NPCs will be shown in green text and clickable on the quest description. Clicking on the green text will auto path your character to the NPC. The NPC will also be highlighted in the world map if you cancel the autopath.
