Why can't I trade?

The NPC who sells "divine weapons" can't recognize that I have divine honor of the light's in my inventory. I have
four but on every item you can craft it recognizes I have none. How can I fix this glitch?

Do I need more rep to trade? My alt (the one who is trying to trade) only has 294 of it.
