bug after the patch

Hello,
I play in this game 2 years and the game never do problems and I have Windows7
now I'm install the new patch and I enter the game and it's loading and after he finish the game crash and the windows7 say "the program stop work" or somthing like that


Please help me I want to play soon....

    1. have you done a hard reboot since updating the client?

    2. Have you tried to verify files to make sure none were corrupted during the download?

    3. Are you running the client under administrator privileges?
