Hi.
I just bought some zen with my debit card. Then it appeard a message that the transiction was successfull, followed by this:
"Error mb999. Moneybookers shows an error with your transaction.
Our records indicate that there is a problem with your Moneybookers transaction.
If you continue to have issues, contact PWE's Billing Department through our knowledgebase and troubleshooter or give us a call at 1-888-344-4478 (Mon - Fri, 10am ~ 7pm PST)."
Its weird because i already got the zen and in the transfer history the transition appears as successfully completed.
What does that error mean?

That error is actually from Moneybookers so it is very strange that they want you to contact our staff for this issue. If the ZEN was delivered and you were charged, everything should be fine. Just in case, you may want to email Moneybookers with this information and ask them what the mb999 error means.-Your friendly neighborhood Shnuggs-

I got the same error but it doesn't matter cuz the money is still in my wallet and I can still transfer it to the server0

It happened to me too, I screenshot it just in case.
Is weird, I have the zen and I can transfer it too.
