oh on topic psy is awesome, might say OP, but you NEED rank9 +10 at least to make it awesome
soulforce needs to be high enough to keep everyone sealed ( -.- ) , as well as defense needs a major armor

My 92 BM with outdated genie and half shattered gears will be vulture food b:shocked. I'll come visit tomorrow tho b:victory.

oh, i can think of situations in game where i --- even if bluenamed myself --- might want to use such a feature on somebody who was attacking me. i will admit that those situations are rare and obscure, and they don't really justify anything as complex as adding a new skill to the game, but they do exist and i do know people who have ragequit over them.

people who ragequit over being attacked should either

A) do not go into pk mode on a pve server, its a choice and you have to face the consequences

or

don't roll on a damn pvp server

On pve servers pvp is a joke. If you decide to turn on pk mode you will find barely any other people in pk mode unless it is a hotspot (SP, silver pool, etc). Unless you are bored and trying it out you will get pked as soon as another person in pk mode sees you.
The only other people in pk mode are big cash shoppers or nooby lowbies. Sometimes a blue name will see you in pk mode and swithch on pk mode just to kill you. It is rather weak.
KOS does NOT exist on pve. If someone pisses you off there is nothing you can do about it. I got sick of lame "pvp" on Sanctuary so I rerolled on LC.

then let's make the PvE servers ALL PvE ONLY, and remove that PK flag from the cube and warsong and rebirth. i rolled on a PvE server so i could enjoy the game without being surprise!-killed by PKers who should just stick to their own servers.

the ragequitters i mentioned got fed up with being unable to run the cube, when that happened to be either the one part of the game they otherwise (other than the RPKing) enjoyed most, or else being what blocked their cultivation from progressing. a skill like the hypothetical one i mentioned would have let them play the PvE game they signed up for the way they wanted, without being forced into PvP on a non-PvP server.
