    No one can PM you in game since we don't even know what server, or even what character, you are on.

    I would recommend asking a friend, searching in the Quest forum, or (if it's actually a bugged quest) opening a ticket.

    Aside from that I'll PM you through the forum, since that's the only way to PM you given what you have given us. We don't even know what your problem actually is.

    P.S. Please note that I said Searching in the quest forum, not posting. Always look thoroughly before you post.
