Blacklist Screening?

Sometimes when I load up the game, one of the hint says

"You can use the blacklist to screen players below a certain level"

What exactly does this mean?

    It means that if you set it to screen out people below a certain level, you won't see any messages from them.

    So, basically you can set to where you don't see any below a certain level send messages to you? or does this count for WC/common chat etc?


    hmm, i just tested it, and nothing happened....

    counts for all chats except system. you will still see the words over their heads though.
