Ok, Nix here and I have a favor...

Seeing how I am pretty freaking bad at making sites, even when they are hosted by another site, I would like to know if someone could make a website for me that I could moderate afterwords.
OR

I'd like someone to post a skeleton site that yet again I could moderate and change backgrounds and such on. If you do this for me i'd be much obliged! Sadly the only payment I can give is a smiley face and a txt pie.

    In my experience such websites are pretty hard to make. They require html/php codes which are connected to a database on a server.
    I'm sorry but I don't think you'll find much people who will design and script a page like that for free ^^"
