i need a gm asap

Hello i need to find out how to get a gm to assist my little cuzzin asap .Erlyer this afternoon he was in raging tides lookin thru his quest log and some one came up to him and commented him on his fashion about 4 minutes later he saw his fash had disapeared off his char and 1 mil in coin and an hp charm form his bank and his hyper stones and then noticed the guy who complamented him was wearing his fashion the guy then said"hahaha" and flew off. At no time was my cuzzin booted off his char nor has he ever givin out his acount info, somehow this person manage to **** him wail he was logged in. We've sent in a ticket and hit the report hacking button but i fear since aprently gms dont work the weekend that his problem will go unsolved.

I wanna know is there anything other then sending in a ticket and hopin they decide to glance at it, is there anything we can do to speed up the process of recovering his belongings and once again before i get multiple ppl saying "DONT GIVE OUT YOUR ACOUNT INFO" "HE PROBLY GAVE OUT HSI INFO" BLAH BLAH once again he didnt give out any information this was just some random person that litteraly came up to him said one sentance then some how **** him. Is this what we can exspect now to not be safe even when we're taken the procautions we're told when enterin this game dont give out your info and you'll be safe?
Welp aprently we're not safe even if we fallow the rules and keep things to ourselfs this person manage to jack him of a full set of fash ,charm hypers and coin just by sayin 1 sentance to him?
plz if anyone can help let me know

First of all, please try and use paragraphs so it can be much easier to read you posts.

Were you with your cousin when he was **** or did he tell you what happened? It is highly unlikely that someone had **** him without having some account info beforehand. Were they friends?

Did your cousin take screenshots of the incident?

Even if your cousin's account was **** there is no possible way for the GMs to give him his items back, he will probably have to earn them back with hard work like everyone who has ever been ****.

If you've already sent a ticket, please allow 3 to 5 business days for a gm to reply to you.

No I was not with him when this happend, i was in an FC at the time. He whisperd me when it happend and no he didnt take SC's cus atm he was too confused and distrot to think of it.
He jsut hit the report hacking button. And once again ik he did not give out his info this happend to another ik in game serval months ago in a dif situation. This person was in a TT afked for maybe 2 -5 minutes to get a drink came back and his belongs also where taken with out him being booted from game.
And yes ik it takes certain amount of days for them to respond as i noted in my frist post and as i noted in the the frist post he didnt give out his info.So clearly you can be **** with out given out that information and i've seen others complaining about it on my server.
From what i'm told by one of my fellow faction members it sounds like the game its self has been ****, now ik you'll probly respond with thats imposible blah blah but aprently its not if soo amny are havin these issues hackin is increasing and thiers not much being done about it.
i know theirs only so many gms that work for pwi but if thier problem is lack of staff then they need to take some of the money their makin off all these sales and hirer more ppl to work on these problems.

no that isnt what happen much to your disbeleave not everyone is that gulible in this game .is realy that hard to beleave he honestly got ****? and why post jack *** comments if u have no solutions ?

What you are describing, even the GM's would have trouble pulling that off. It's really hard to imagine that someone **** into a server deep enough to be able to pull anything even remotely like what you're describing. Especially knowing what safeguards are in place and the level of tracking that PWE does within the game system. Certainly if your cousin were to open a ticket, they could tell you exactly where the gear went to.

But again, knowing what I do about the client, (having set up and run a private server myself), what you are describing is basically impossible.
