Chat acting weird..randomly changes..

Well, basically I was running to South Arch and all the sudden my chat started looking like what it looks like on the right side of the image below. There was no box that ways "world" or "squad" or "faction" it is just the name and the text.

I don't have a virus and just scanned with two different softwares to check.

I blurred out all the names but missed ICur$e but its not saying anything really about him so I hope that's ok?

    That happens sometimes when I'm tabbed out for a while. When I come back, the new stuff will go back to normal. No big deal though.
