[Request] Faction Icon

Hi everyone,


I would like to request help with making a faction icon. Any help is greatly appreciated!

So, the faction's name is Zephyr, which means - for all intents and purposes - wind or swift. I'd like an icon that kinda looks like wind blowing. I was thinking maybe the lines of wind could almost vaguely form a Z shape. I would prefer the background to be transparent, and the streaks of wind to be a nice purple color.

    Hi !
    I found your request quite interesting and gave it a try.
    I don't know if this is close or extremly far from what you had in mind, and i'm not sure if the Z shape is visible enough. Also i don't know what shade of purple you find "nice".
    It didn't came you as good as i planned and at a small size i'm afraid it won't have the same aspect... but please, tell me what you think of it so i can try again :

    I'm now trying a better one and i hope it will be much better.

    All i see now is a pelican ! b:shocked

    EDIT :
    I tried a version with thinner lines, but i didn't push that one much 'cause once again, at a small size it's barely seen. Plus, it somehow ended up looking like a seahorse. Oo
    Then i went for a simple 'Z' shape which in my opinion would work the best as an icon.

    Hehe, a Pelican.

    Yea, it's really hard to make a 16x16 pixel image that looks like what it represents. And actually, instead of making it wind, I thought a tornado would look cooler and easier to recognize.

    Here are a few stock images I found that looked good and that might work at a smaller 16x16 scale:

    THanks :) And it doesn't have to be purple btw ;) Changed my mind lol

    I think I got what i was looking for. Someone helped me with it, but if you'd like to still try, I'd open to other ideas. Thank you for your help though
