This. None of those other "ultis" make babies... and if it can't make babies it sucks. b:scorn

BT> BIDS > MS is what I've found most Wizards including myself have done.

If I could do it over again.. MS -> BT -> BIDS. BT would probably be an important pvp skill.. but nobody pvps before 9x/10x anyway so it doesn't matter. BIDS really becomes useful with the sage version.. MS does nearly the same damage + a stun afterwards (and takes slightly longer to cast)

Needless to say that endgame all Ultis should be maxed but that wasnt the question. Personally i would suggest the same order like Adroit for the following reason:

If you start out with MS then you have the advantage that an early lvling of the earth mastery pays of twice since most wizards choose Sandstorm as their main pve dmg skill while lvling up. Moreover the stun effect from the skill helps a lot even if the channeling is longer because it gives you the chance to use a hailstorm afterwards and your squad members can add the additional dmg required to kill the mobs before they all start running to you.

BT takes second place because the physical dmg part guarantees realtively stable dmg on various mob especially those with high mag res. Moreover in pvp it is your main weapon to kill other robe classes.

BIDS takes the last place of the tree ultis which changes to top priority endgame when you are sage and will remain when you choose demon because the demon sideeffects like interrupting channeling on BT or the long range stun are more usefull compared to a BIDS without the sage crit proc. Also stunning > slowing

FC also kind of supports this order since a lot of the mobs are either WT or MT type -->vulnarable to MS and BT

FC does support this order. MS in frost is mucho importante.
