Fist BM - What gives the damage

Hi. On a fist bm is it the dex or str that increases the damage they do.Ty in advance b:pleased

    basically dex gives accuracy and crit rate
    str is how hard you hit
    and also increase ur phy def, but i'm not sure about that

    150 str = x1 weapon dmg multiple


    and yes str adds to phys defense.
