Don't mean to sound rude but FIX YOUR WEBSITE!! My boyfriend bought 200 dollars worth of your cards!! Bought and paid for. He has the receipts, and your stupid website is saying that they are not valid? WTF MAN???? COME ON!!! Can you please fix this????? b:angry

YOU GUYS HAVE MONEY FROM US PAYING PLAYERS FIX YOUR DAMN WEBSITE!!!!

    One possible problem is the guy at the store scanned one card and multiplied it by 10. That would not activate all the cards but only one. If that was the case i think the numbers on the receipts would al be the same. The other problem would be if your entering them wrong, which if youre on the forums complaining youve probly tried multiple times....so the last thing would b their website is ****ed up as you said . Lucky for the only problems they do fix are the ones involving money.

    1) Call the number on the back of the card to check the balance.

    2) Check your reciepts (like above said)...Also, sometimes it takes some times for the cards to be activated from the store where you bought them.

    3) Submit a ticket if there HAS been a transaction that has gone through.

    4) You can always call the (888) Billing Phone Number.

    Lots of good advice from the other posts in the thread, however Fuzzy moving this one to the CS sub forum. If all else fails, perhaps a GM like Shnuggles can suggest a better solution that has already been put forth.

    This sounds to me like the cards were not activated at the register or you were trying to use them before they were fully activated. (Some stores take 3 hours after purchase for the activation to complete, not always the case but I have to add this for others that have that issue). You will need to go back to the store where you purchased them from, with your receipt and all cards in hand, and explain to them that the cards are coming up as invalid and that you need them to be properly activated. If they cannot resolve the issue, you will need to contact the card processor, Incomm, for further assistance on this issue. Below is a link to their support page.
