if you spam pet skills, the attack rate is based on the skills' cooldowns and damage per hit based on the pet's attack stat; the scorpion wins.

if you mostly let the pet autoattack, the attack rate is the pet's attack rate; the dark wanderer wins.

ya i dont get the "attack/second" thing. I confused it first with attack intervall but i was wrong there as t seems.

Since the Pet is only for DD prupose ...i dont think i really need to spam any pet skills unless its like "Slow" for interruption...so DW is better in this case?

Ok well i tested now scorpy and Herc. Hercs rate is 0,8. Yet Scorpy is in mine and my friends eyes faster than Herc.

It depends on application. Grinding mobs in Valley of the Scarred; a Scorpion will kill in less hits sooner.

Skills are still very important. Howl can increase your mag dmg greatly. For a DW, it costs it more hits, than a scorpion. You'll also get more from Bash with a Scorp, but DW can be nice for straight DD w/o stealing aggro. You can always resummon your pet to reset it's aggro though.

I have both at Lv.101, (I'm at 102). Though they rock; there really isn't much use for them.

really? i thought due the recent tanks (sins/BM) its impossible to hold agro with herc. So thought to get a better DD pet.

As for Sacred of Valley i m still grinding with herc and i think i will stick to it as for grind propose.

the pets worth it , past lvl 100 well not so cause the most dmg will come from u anyways.

i personally choose the wanderer for its survivability since it can still deal impressive dmg on AoE bosses without dying in 1 hit.

Scorpion is ugly anyways , who doesnt want a black horseman b:laugh

That Scorp may seem squishy but is capable of tanking most FF bosses, and helped me solo Djinscream in 3-3. I wouldn't waste time or coin on a Glacial Walker; they're not best at anything.

Herc is slow(at everything). Overall stick with the Dark Wanderer.

Yup just implying that Wanderer has better HP and Physical def so it tends to last longer vs the scorpion in most common PVE situations . As for walker it's good for the early lvls , but what can i say , i trashed mine at lvl 43 >.>

I disagree. DW is practically but not altogether useless with a Herc.
