question...please help

im currently having a problem right now..is anyone else experiencing getting kicked from the game before you even start it? it does its usual start up and log in...but when i log in it takes me to the character select screen then just closes out the game entirely...can anyone help me please?

    Heppened to me once and GM told me to hold "W" while logging and it worked.
