Nirvana 2nd recast weapon att lvl?

Hey all.

I was just curious to see if there has been anyone who has ever arquired the +20 att lvl on 2nd recast nirvana weapons? If so, what is the percentage of getting that add on?

Because I was slightly interested when I saw it as an unique add on, on a magic sword (as well as other magic type weapons). http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/25675

Seeing as nobody knows when the medals of glory will be returning, I decided to try and go for a 2nd recast nirvana magic sword for the chance of the attack lvl bonus on the weapon (making it kinda like a cheaper..well can't say cheaper seeing as raptures are pretty expensive....similiar to the rank 9 magic sword...except it adds 20 att lvl and not 30 att lvl). If the percent chance is good on it, I'll focus on arquiring it. At the moment Im using rank 8 magic sword +6 with 2 sapphire gems in it (yes its great, and prehaps the only thing which can prehaps match it is either rank 9 weapon or a recast nirvana weapon with +20 att lvl with good adds).

If it isn't that great on it, I'll just focus on improving the refines on the r8.

If I remember correctly, the 20 Attack Level mod is the rarest unique add-on you could get.

Though, it might be more common with a weapon that doesn't have procs.

For that weapon:

crit+3% = 93% chance
crit+4% = 5% chance
att lev + 20 = 2% chance
