missing character!

i had an lvl 20 sin alt. havent played it for mabey 1 month. i just logged on and it's not there no more. and im checked every sever. i even went on the facebook promotion page tried to get a jones B but it says you have no characterb:cryb:cryb:cryb:cry
plz plz plz help me. i had a bunch of money on there vending.
btw i just made a new one. lvl 2 sin now, it's got 30+mi on it. hope it don't happen again...
