Yes, it's bannable.
I'd assume perma ban for both involved parties.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

thnx all for the reply
but i read the terms and conditons and did not see it saying that buying and selling accounts will result in permanent ban. so tat means buying and selling accounts is actually safe.
and look at Ziltch on lost city, he bought account in real life and got banned temporarily, now he is back into the game.
so wat i am trying to say is, selling and buying accounts will cause you to be banned, but not permanent. people just assumed it is permanent ban but it really is not.
thank you all for reading, i am happy i cleared up everyone's doubt.
so if u want to buy or sell accounts, feel free to do it, it wont get you permanent banned. only temporary. b:victory0 -

The GMs have, on multiple occasions, said that trading account names and passwords in any form is a bannable offense.
Also, the following are extracted from the Terms of Service:
"Only one person may use an Account."
"Please note that, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your User ID and password, and you agree to notify us if your password is lost, stolen, or disclosed to an unauthorized third party, or otherwise may have been compromised."
Granted, you might miss the first due to it being a short, single sentence. The latter can be argued upon.
Also, for obvious reasons, PWE does not disclose the ban durations for offenses. After all, if they did, there are people who would be able to weigh that against the profit gained from breaking the rules and that might encourage people to break the rules. Just like in real life.I am Olba. Not Ol, not Baze nor Blaze. And even less would I go by Olblaze. Please, take a second to read a person's username.
If you see b:cute be sure to take a second, calm look at anything I said.0 -

I think this just about covers it, also rule of thumb: if you need to ask if something is bannable, it probably is.
