Is Golden Steed ticket bound to char?

I was wondering the mount from DQ shop, is it bound to the character or is it tradable?

    Unless something changed, all DQ reward items are bound.

    Of course, there were the medals b:chuckle

    Tempted to grind the DQ for a ticket, get it, then just vendor it, drop the coin from it somewhere remote, and leave.

    But, I'd rather get some silver charms from the event boutique, so I'm gonna just keep saving my DQ points. However, if they remove the sage/demon card, ragequit time.
