I wonder what happens to the servers in situations like this. Is it hardware, software, or something else.

Wonder if they are gonna compensate us for the downtime like they did last time. Why cant these servers be more reliable? We just had maintenance this week and the servers go down on the weekend makes no sense whatsoever. /rant mode off0
