The one and only thing they need to do is work on class balancing , but I don't see that happening so maybe some bug fixes? Maybe working on the pvp and making it more streamlined? Try not break something new every other week? Don't add anything new (bikes) to the boutique and add more game content instead? There is probably a better chance of me get SoT's back to back than any of this being done, but its worth a shot.

To answer your question Frank , No im not satisified with this POS game and yes I know i keep playing but only cuz it passes time till Guild Wars 2 comes out. Aswell what the hell is the point of being a barb now adays when u cant tank because a 5.0bm/sin/archer takes the agro.. Really? this game died when they invented sins only cuz of all the aps. Honestly what sins actually use any attack skills? I know mine doesnt...
So No I dont like where this game is going you should listen to your players and not your dam wallets, or else soon your wallets are gonna end up dry lmao0 -

If your a barb and still want to tank consider going demon for the reduced cool down time on flesh ream and the full damage in tiger. Also demon roar which has 100% reflect for 10 seconds will help keep agro from those annoying apsers.0 -

Fuzzy, no offense to you or anything. I enjoy doing that on my Barb as well, and I'm not the oh so common -int build. However, you can't do good Arma damage anywhere without good gear, which will give good HP. Arma is based off of HP. HP is based off of your gear. Refines, shards, and the actual gear itself is what gives high HP. How do you think Barb's get good gear nowadays? It costs's in-game coin. Surely, you don't expect Barb's at end-game to grind or something. They have to merch or farm Nirvana. Who would want a non -int Barb for Nirvana or any PvE instance for coin-making, when they could take a 5aps BM/Sin, who can tank just as well (due to the 5aps), and have much higher damage output?
I think what Underoath is saying is for Barb's that haven't tweaked their build to be -int, they are useless in almost all situations. Great for pulling a cat in TW, great for many things. However, people would rather take 5aps. The game is centered around this imbalanced system of -interval gear, and hitting extremely fast for high damage output. In other words, the original game's intention (archers being.. archers. BM's using axes and swords, etc in PvE as well. Barb's using axes.) is broken/non-existent anymore.0 -
Let's all get back on subject on saying how they're not fixing alot of bugs, and not reseting the serversy r8s and r9 die to 9x?

They had a deadline on that, you shouldn't have been able to spend it after a certain date. It's not PWI's fault if you don't read the fine print.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Not always. Some people we're unable to send the item's out, and spend the points, while even doing this in the time given. I think it's similar to when you hear around the forums, that people are unable to send items from the DQ point system to their toons. Think they both use the same system to process and send out the item(s) to the character's mailbox.0 -

Sure, if you rely only on WC to find a squad they may only accept if you have high APS, but what about your FL or guild list? Fuzzy for one never seems to have this problem of feeling "useless" as an axe barb.
Is fuzzy lvl 100 yet? at 100 in at least our guild there is very little use, hell with the seekers out dont even need a barb for delta (see here http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r153/4chan_posters/2011-04-0902-18-35.jpg)
hell i cant think of ANY instance where i NEED a barb, he can be replaced by anything. Atm my husbands lvl 101 barb sits as a buffer before we go into any instance and pulls a cata in tw. Nothing else because he isnt needed for anything else. being no charge players we both made -int chars to keep up with the insane amount of coin you need to buy anything since the packs drove the market all wacky.
Im not saying barbs are trash, they have their uses but we do not NEED barbs for anything pve any longer0 -

Well, I don't personally have any issue's finding squads. I'm just saying that at level 100+ (end-game), Barb's that aren't -int build aren't generally going on the multiple Nirvana runs, making lots of coin. No one wants a Barb for Nirvana, really. Sure friends and guildies don't mind. But let's be honest - end-game for Barbs that aren't -int, aren't needed anymore nor wanted.
If your a -int BM, Sin, Archer, or Barb, you can get end-game PvE instance runs the easiest in the game, and not have any issue(s) getting squads. I form my own squads for multi Nirvana runs, and my daily activities. If I didn't, I would have to fully rely on my faction. If my faction didn't accept me in runs, I didn't have a helpful faction, etc... I might as well re-roll to either another class that is more wanted end-game, or restat to be -int build.
Why do you think Barb's are so rare on server's nowadays, while Sins and BMs, as well as -int is so popular? Quick cash.0 -

Well "Fuzzy" Ive been playing going on 3 years now lvl 101Sage Barb was the way it was when PWI was Original, But as we look at the game now only thing worth while is APS. Now it dont mean its impossible to find a squad for things its just not likely unless you have great friends and faction members that dont mind. As well as If you do APS nirvana its worth sacrificing an APS for a barb for Continual Barb buffs for one as well Devour 50% phys Def decrease which makes up for the APS but no one seems to realize that i suppose. On top of all that why can they make it to where barbs hold agro from 5.0 with out having to be 5.0 themselves? Is it really that hard to amp up Barb Aggression skills? All APS is so they can milk money from their F2P game which Ive come to realize... they no longer have online support hmm coincidence? Maybe they realizing that PWI is going to fade0 -

I have no problem getting squads for most things I want/need. And I'm a vit based build.
Nirvana is the only instance that high APS is nearly required for any PuG in world chat. Other than that, everything else is freely open to us. Besides, contrary to popular belief those high APS Nirvana squads aren't making much more per day than say, a Delta squad. It's just not that profitable to even get bent out of shape over it.Some people risk to employ me

Its less that we dont know how to play our class and more that others consider us sub-par and not worth using. Aside GV and Warsong, I genuinely have not seen a Wizard in a squad for anything recently. I even watched one get booted out of a BH 100 (Seat) squad for an Assassin. Needless to say I dropped squad and blacklisted the squad leader.0 -
