Well Are we wanted in squads or are we second choose next to wizards or sins or mystics?

    Honestly it depends on the squad. On my server I see calls for psys for delta, fc, etc. Anytime someone wants "aoe DD" a psy works. Most of our skills are aoe's so i'd say people generally want us

    People want us, but tend to be a bit reserved depending on gear and way of playing. as another player once told me: Many psy's take aggro, can't handle it and start QQ-ing when they die blaming others. That is making it harder for psy's to find squads unless people know you and know the way you play. We are more squishy then clerics/wizards who can increase their pdef a lot, which for instances like Delta is a huge benefit.

    So yes we are wanted, but depending on the instance a certain level of refines is required most of the time.

    Magical Purple fishy finds that, being of level 92 and sound pixels, she is wanted in squads.

    BH 29-89-->Yes. Magic fishy is a good DD in all of these instances. There is much love for the magical fishies here.

    TT--> Not really.
    Magical fishies do not do so good of damage, but they are still good crowd control, and the Sage skills are much, much useful in higher instances, fishy finds. When friends ask her to come to TT, they ask purple fish if she has Bubble of Life at sage. This is most useful for high level TT runs. Unfortunately, Bubble skill at Sage is very, very expensive.

    FC--> Yes.
    Purple fishy finds herself constantly asked to DD for Frostcovered City, for reasons she has not quite figured out yet. I do not think many people know I deal water damage...and most mobs being of water, not much damage is done to them. But, purple fish finds that she is a decent DD and crowd control, despite the elemental imbalance. She is also good at pew pewing heads when there is no Archer.

    BH Eden-->Not really
    Bosses have Earth/Water immunity...so Fishy is forced to use only half her skills for some period of times. This just irritates the hell out of her.

    Nirvana--> Not really
    Everybody will ask for the twitchy DD's instead of you. No dice. :< Purple fishy hopes you can find a good guild who will run Nirvana with you.

    And this is all mostly that the magical purple fish has encountered.
    They made fun of me because I wasn't a R8 Psychic...and then came third cast. It's not funny anymore.

    petal, regards to FCC, you have at least 2 good aoe's and dont' forget even though the water aoes are kinda nerfed, the freezes and slows are awesome for preventing aggro stealing classes from dying (since they are frozen, you can pop out 1-2 extra skills which means death in most cases 90+)

    i do agree with u on the TT point. even with +56 att levels i am not satisfied with my damage output on bosses, my 83 sin probably deals equivalent damage to my (then 97) psy, but now that im 100, im not to sure. Once my refines and shards are all in i dont think my damage will be that bad. also don't forget that the status effects of your skills are VERY useful in any squad at any time. empower vigor the tanks, keep the big mobs sandbursted, soulburn the fast attackers, and that aoe stun can come in handy when pulls go awry.
