Why sell quest/mobs, its NOT a ITEM, it's B.S

hello im from Raging Tide

why are people selling quest/mobs/bosses??...isnt it against the rules to sell a quest/mobs/bosses??..its not a legally obtained item in your inventory and people sell it

i think its wrong to do this, that its wrong to sell a quest/mobs/bosses

example FC Heads is not a legal item..its a quest for Sincerity, started by a NPC..yet people sell that??
