one question about -Break the Seal-.

I lvl59 and got quest -Break the Seal-:
"Use Red Lotus to break the seal on the Cairn of Fire near the entrance of Fire Valley in Valley of Disaster. You then have 5 minutes to best the Cragglord".
So I need go to FB59 for it? b:sad
In DB not found where is Cragglord.

Please advice.

    It's inside the fb59 instance, yes. It's outside the entrance to the fire section.

    You don't need to do the FB59 to get cragglord. There are only a few mobs you have to kill to get to the Cairn of Fire, where cragglord will summon.

    I believe you need to have done your FB 59 before you can get Cragglord because your spirit culti won't be high enough.
