You might have accidentally mistakenly forgot to mention on the announcement for this event that there are certain NPC's for certain levels.

They made fun of me because I wasn't a R8 Psychic...and then came third cast. It's not funny anymore.

    Cept if you got a ****ty *** computer and cant walk to the npc with the cluster of random noobs and ppl with mounts/pets/summons/spamming random skills for giggles....

    omg you have to be kidding me - couldn't figure that out???

    my feedback - for whatever it's worth -- love this one!!!

    Questions were cool, even with a few repeats.
    Exp/spirit reward was pretty darn good imo.
    box content - not bad


    only thing - with everybody in the same place for this 30 min, lag is bad. Would suggest you put more npc's in other cities to help with that.

    do it again, please. lol

    Ended up with two wrong answers because of the insane lag. b:angry

    Only got 57 boxes out of 59. I could have gotten another 16 in if I didn't have to slowly move my mouse instead. b:cry

    Event to me was a success.

    Now why are people complaining about it except the lag factor ??

    Oh yeah, right...Even if u can answer just 10 questions (like I did cause of lag) 760 000 spirit or so ain't worth it for no repairs, no stress, no cost, nothing..And 880k exp neither..Totally not worth *Insert sarcasm"

    Oh what's this ? A "Blinking pouctice" ? Well the effect on that is pretty darn good !!

    Oh.."Shining pill" too.. Nice effect !!

    I think gm's did GREAT !!

    They listenned to community :

    - We want a new event : Got that

    - We want a new rare item : Even if not from DQ system, got that

    - We want more ways to make exp/spirit : Got that

    - We QQ about TW factions or those with guild bases able to do pretty good apo pots and we are jealous : Got that, although it's random, u do get some pretty powerful ones.


    To me...4 solutions, all in 1 !!

    And some still whine b:sad

    Oh yeah ...Guess some expected 1 full level per correct answer, a mount/flyer of choice and a medal of glory...b:surrender


    Edited : More npc's would in fact be cool though to reduce a tad lag...
    Proud supporter of the new expansion. Sure it has it's share of bugs, like any games. But for a pure farmer/grinder, that's a whole lot of new mobs to go beat up b:chuckle

    Well, what to say on that event...
    For me, it might has been a good thing, till i try to answer the question #1, then got something like 50k ms ping and no more fps, game crashed, and couldnt even log in back, cos game kept craching... Guess we need more lag in Lagosaur, just sayin.

    Edit: @Sir_Puma: the thing i expected was to can do this event properly, without insane lag and crash, but the fun of it ran short

    Puma said it well, just they should put npc's in each major city for next time if there is one, and if they can for the rest of the weekend

    My only complaint about this is that the NPCs are all in one spot and thus, massive player congestion.

    Aside from that, I'm quite happy to see this and wouldn't mind if it returned sometime.

    Ummm, I guess I must be thick or something, but server time is listed as 5 pm, why do you guys say the event ended already,since it's supposed to begin at 6 pm?

    East cost servers have already had 6PM come and go. West coast servers still need an hour or so. Most of us here either play east coast, or have a character on there in the level range and tried it out early.

    The buffs are the same kind as spark buffs/defense aura, so the only one cleric buffs would overwrite is the magic defen... owait magic shell is glitched. b:cute

    The solution to the uber massive lag and all the client crashes would have been quite simple. But ofc, it would have taken a little more effort to the GMs/devs, and it shows how they don't care.

    The solution would have simply been to implement the npcs in every starting towns and make it so everyone can only take the quest in their char's starting city. This would have forced everyone to divide the lag by 5.
    Like there would have only been people of 2 classes in every city, which virtually everyone's computers and connections could have handled.

    Don't get me wrong, love the idea of this event..however...couldnt you have made like different people in different places for lvl brackets. Like 20-30 goes to one NPC, 30-40 goes to another...like....really. Lag fest. I like never lag like this...and this cause me to crash. My first DC ever.. b:surrender

    I even failed the first question because the lag so my mouse overshot xD
    Also failed another because I d/cd and when I relogged it considered it failed.
