Rank of Pride

I had gotten to level 30, Cleric, and started the quest Rank of Pride, without the prereq of 300 and I did not get the quest completed. After reaching 300, I went back to the Commander in Chief, but the quest is no longer available. How will I get my rank now?

    If you didn't have the pre-requisites, how did you pick the quest in the first place?

    It was probably a quest whose only purpose was to tell the player than Rank exist. Just take the Rank1 quest now and the related one at this npc, then the one on the right to buy the gears(belt is optional imo).

    Correct. There is another quest like this at that level, given by General Summer... It's about Crazy Stone. Free exp, spirit and coins from Hou Jenhsi (who just got a successful surgery, btw). Wheee.

    Rank doesn't equal Crazy Stone. Also incorrect to say it's free, but from lv30 to 39, it only cost 5 grade1 elemental shard from the merchant npc, which is dirt cheap and well worth doing this daily until lv40 where BH start.

    No, OP and I meant introductory quests, those where you are asked to talk to NPCs for 3000 or sort exp, plus spirit and coins. Nothing else involved.

    My bad, didn't had an alt hit lv30 in so long I forgot there was such a quest.

    No worries. It just starts so nicely then slowly but surely goes to an ever so redundant cycle of 'kill this for me, get drops and go back to me, so I pay you for dirtying your hands with the blood of various creatures' that it's not even funny in the long run (unless you go for needed breaks). And then, easy quests in the short life of a beginner are fast forgotten.
