Chrono Key *Help plz*

I am trying to get Chrono Key for my lvl 79 skills but am failing at it horribly.... Can some body please help me, I know the quest Wraiths Ploy I've gone to general summer no quests thier checked my quest log No Wraith's Ploy quest in it.. I need help help plz b:cry

    Also, I believe you can manufacture level 79 skills at the forges in 1k streams.

    Edit: Confirmed, Level 79 skills can be manufacture at Nature Forge: Skills in City of a Thousand Streams.

    Wraiths' Ploy is the starting quest you need to do. It's given by General Summer (521 630).
    But keep in mind its a really long quest. A lot of Bosses in several instances. Might be, that you got it at some stage and just the name is changed. Just do all your cultivations and you will have it done.
    If you want to get the skill faster get someone you trust from your friends to get them for you. But do the chain, you will need to complete it anyway if you want to lern the lvl100 skills someday.

    the chain quest doesnt stay named Wraith's Ploy all through the end
    it starts out as Wraith's Ploy and changed to "Last Hope" at around the time u have to kill the 2 bosses in TT, at the time u need the mobs in swamp its renamed to "Chrono Key"

    id suggest to check your quest log to make sure u have any of these, the quest will not show up in ur "find quests" log so u can check the link posted above and look at the last part you did and revisit some of the NPCs

    Actually, Earthguard classes need to go to OHT to get their 79 skills... But if you're in a faction you trust or have a higher level friend who has access you could ask them to get the book for you.
