I'm sort of new to PWI, heard about it from a friend of mine who hasn't been seen out in weeks since he started playing b:chuckle. He has a blademaster and enjoys the game a great deal with his character.

My friend has chatted my ear away about the basics and how to get through the early levels, so I'm fairly comfortable at this point.

I decided to create an assassin because...um...she's a mermaid b:laugh. Also I was told that later in the game they become quite powerful characters. Being a girl who likes power, this interests me. Also my friend has a cleric character and said we could eventually make a nice team for some things.

But after starting the game and finally getting to the big city of Archosaur, I realized how many other lady assassins (and just assassins in general) are running around compared to other characters. Also it seems that they have a certain stigma associated with them, according to other players.

Even though some boy made a comment to me about lady assassins smelling like fish b:cry, I think I am going to stick it out and keep playing. Since I've learned about life powders the missions so far are very easy.

Also I was told that there is a quest at level 30 to get free wings. Now this I cannot wait for because I had some temporary wings from a chest, but they lasted only 3 days and I was logged off for most of it b:surrender.

If anyone wants to befriend me in game, please feel free to do so! I'm rather lonely and could do with a bit of banter b:cute.

    Just stick it out. and don't fall into the trap of making many many alts like I did b:chuckle. Stick to your first char make it end game and you will be reallly successful.

    I can already tell there are lots of...characters...with big personalities here. I do plan on continuing with only one character since I barely have the time to play right now with classes and work and everything.

    Unfortunately I probably won't get to play much until this weekend, but thank you all for the responses!

    To the OP, do your self a favour and quit whilst you still can, you may of heard about sins becoming quite "powerfull" later in game, yea they do somewhat but only if they:

    1) Cash shop a bunch for aps (attacks per second) interval gear
    2) Play the game like you don't have any other life

    Trust me when I say there's much better MMO's out there then this steaming pile of garbage, aka r/l money/time sink.
