LVL 79 Skills??

does anyone know why the lvl 79 and 100 mystic skills arent showing in my skill tree? i would like to know if i got a disfunctional char lol or if i have to get them a certain way how do i do that?

    use search button and you will find several topics about this. You do not have a disfunctional char, they just dont show. You can check in OHT at forges or in 1k what do those skills do.
