TT 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 solo.

Yesterday I tried all of these modes and succeeded in finishing. However, I was not very pleased with the drops...3-2 dropped nothing...3-3 dropped nothing (except the Signs of Twilight and a few Mirages).

I'm just wondering...Is this normal ? I know there currently isn't a double drop event going on, but this is just odd. I have had much better drop rates in 2-2 and 2-3.

And for my last question, did you ever get a gold mat in 3-x solo mode (while 2x drops wasn't on) ?

Drop rates in solo mode have always been awful. Not worth the subs to do it.

If you can do it in Squad mode solo, then do so. Way more difficult, but way better drops.

If you're up for it, we can duo squad mode and share the proffits sometime. I heard there's a 2x drop event soon, don't know if the source is reliable though.

I doubt a simple BB is enough for 3-x bosses for mid-geared Sin to tank.
(Im talking about those...that don't actually let you BB b:laugh )

Wether it's solo or squad mode, 3-x is not really worth it. The bosses that drop good in squad mode are the ones an avarage sin can't solo (GBA boss being best example). Getting burning heards or horns really won't make you rich :P

In solo mode, 2-1 and 2-3 seem to be the only ones that are actually profitable to some point. Feng and wurlord drop stuff you can actually sell for a good price. The best drops are usually the ones of "difficult" or "annoying" bosses in squad mode. 1-3 can also be profitable, if you get some wardrums.

As for soloing squad modes : many talk about it as if any random sin can simply stealth through a TT and kill a boss in 15 sec. In reality though, even 1-2 isn't all that easy. It takes good gear and knowledge of what/when a boss does his tricks. At least half the sins that brag about soloing TT bosses just did it on PW-Excel. Or they "solo with a cleric healing, barb and bm for buffs". I get that one a lot "Can you come buff us (sage bp), we are soloing TT"

Only time when I did 3-x squad mode, a good barb or 5aps bm was tank. And their high HP was dropping fast, so I doubt I can tank those with my crappy +1/+2 refines.

Solo mode it is for this bankrupt 'sin. b:victory

By the way, I noticed the subs required/mat drops ratio isn't all that bad in terms of proffit. The really odd thing is those Signs of Twilight sell for 100k each, and I get about 10 of those each run.

If i remember only 3-2 gold wrist is farmable.. 3-3 solo i think is mostly useless boss.

Aha ! So there's a possibility Sorceress' Soul will drop in 3-2 SOLO mode ?
