Elder Blessing?

Chardenelle - Heavens Tear

I've been making some new characters to try out the other races and classes, but I haven't gotten any Elder Blessings (the free armor and belt you get from the shiny gold chest that has a timer) for any of my characters at all since last week

And we're supposed to be still be getting these, until June 19th. We're still in May.
What's the reasoning for this?
