Cant seem to figure out what to do with those although I have a bunch of them.
Any help plz?^^
I searched it on PWI Database but it didnt make me much smarter lol.

    They are used in quests to get some nice gear, but you need a lot of them...

    apparently you gather up 320 of them, take them to a blacksmith Tieh i haven't seen myself yet, and exchange them for one of two helmets. decent ones, too.
