ive had people want me to give them my mount and also ppl want me to buy them a mount

ive had ppl want me to buy them fashion, give them money ALOT

strangest thing that has happened, and im assuming it was a scam of sorts
A random person started talking to me in pm and then gave me "their" account info and told me feel free to play on their char. Im guessing they had someones account info or was trying to use that as a way to report ppl for hacking and get them banned or something. Or it could have just been them BSing i dunno. I never paid attention to the info they gave and sure as heck not gonna attempt to get on some strangers account.

    >_> People who give gifts because of "hot" pixels just kind of weird me out. Actually the whole hooking up with strangers in a game weirds me out.(Note that I said strangers. I'm well aware there have been people who have formed what they say are meaningful relationships with someone they met in game. Not that I know any of them.)

I also consider people who join factions to get items to be scammers. Someone who asks to join and then immediately start asking for things or think they're intitled to be given whatever they want just because they're a 40+-ish Cleric/Barb or have an alt that is.

haha reminds me of something i seen alot "why do you want to join this faction?"
their answer= "i want better gear"

Well, not in this game :P but my sister went up to someone who was 'doubling money' for free, with 100k test. The guy 'doubled' her 100k, gave her 200k. She said 'Thankyou!!' and logged off. I was sceptical it would work at first but hey, turns out it didn't break any rules at all! The funny part is when she logged in two seconds later and saw the guy QQing about being scammed. She said, 'But you DID double my money.. so no it was all legit thankies ^_^' and haven't heard from the guy since.
    Well, your sister rocks... XD
    Trolling since September 2008b:victory

Don't worry. I might stop trolling and say something useful... One day....

Yeah I have off a couple of times very early when I started playing, nothing too much but I fell for some of the oldies but goodies, mainly not checking an item or the price correctly in a catshop.

The 'classic' is the CS stone scam - 4 stones at 'normal' price then one of them with an extra '0' or two at the end of the price. (5k,5k,5k,5k,50k or more). I usually did this late at night ...

In the end then Caveat Emptor - Let the buyer beware

come see me anytime you need CS :) i never scam and try to report all the scammers that camp the area. not that GM s really do much when i report but several of the regular scammers have disappeared. so maybe there is hope.
The biggest and best scam ever was PWI getting people to waste thier time and millions of coins to buy DQ points for R9 medals and then pulling them off of the DQ page without a warning.

i have to say this is truly the biggest scam of all time. with the 150k DQ horse as an added kick to the teeth.

One time some random sin came up to me in the middle of nowhere and asked if he could borrow my all black Warlord fashion. He claimed he needed it for a guild event and would give it back to me as soon as it was over. I kept telling him no, I'm sorry but he wasn't hearing that. I eventually quit the mob quest I was on and decided to fly away. He didnt' stop sending PM's though. While flying to the nearest town I noticed a green dot following me. I looked back and he was in hot pursuit. I finally blacklisted him and used the teleport skill.

I guess thats how sins annoy people on PvE servers. They pop up out of nowhere and beg for stuff.

Maintenance time. Please choose a line:
    - When is it over? OMG I need my fix!! *super spazzing*
    - Fix the damn bugs, dammit! I'm so angry! I'll quit!!
    - New codes out there? I like free stuff~ *wink*
    - When will we get new content? QQ
    - Will we get sales? I got a ton of gold to spend.
    - I'm bored, I'll create a useless thread to annoy Opkorock.
    - *Incessant poking on Sweetiebot* Fun~
