Cragglord - quest glitch :/

I already submitted a ticket for this. Simply put, my quest is glitched to where I'm unable to continue it. Therefore I can't get the Cragglord summon skill. I figure I'll probably end up waiting about a week or more for a response from PWE's customer support, idealy.

This is a huge problem for me, so I thought I would ask here how necessary the Cragglord summon is? I hear it has powerful AOE effects and only lasts a certain amount of time (20 seconds or something?). I understand it's good for FF, but just how necessary is it in these cases? Life or death? "Have it or GTFO"?

I'm just not sure how long it will be until I'm able to get the quest glitch resolved. :/ Either that, or maybe if any of you on Heaven's Tear could help me out by letting me tag along when you go to FB59 to dig the pillar and kill it that'd be great. I can't dig the pillar... so yeah. :/ I'm stuck, to say the least. I don't have the necessary Red Lotus from the dig at Tellus when I dug the spot, and I can't try digging it again. Yet I did get the next step of the quest to kill the Cragglord.

I guess I could "plevel" another mystic to 60 and get the quest LOL. eh... would be a waste though.

Any help or advice/insight anyone can provide about this skill would be appreciated. I don't want to discontinue working on my mystic just because of this, but I also don't want to be pointless for a squad if the skill is really important.

    Hmm.
    Try dying. That should reset your quest completely, if I'm not mistaken.

    ETA: If that doesn't work, you'll be fine without Cragg for awhile. I mean, you're only level 60. You probably won't FF until 85 or so and by then I'm sure you'd find a solution. And if you didn't... well, it's not a life or death thing really. Nice to have, but no one will hate you for not using it.

    His uses can be somewhat situational but he's definitely one you don't wanna pass up.
