Forum pm'ing a CM

Well, I've been around long enough to see someone like Frankie tell people that if they have an issue with someone/a mod on the forums, to message him about it.
So I'm curious as to how..after the incidents on the HT sub section lastnight, that I end up messaging Frankie about poor moderation from someone, and then one of my avatars gets banned, with the reason of *arguing bla bla instead of messaging me (frankieraye). I'm curious to find the logic behind this, frankie?
Why do you ask people to message you when there's an issue, then completely ignore that person's message and even go as far as banning them?
Please, I would really like some insight on this, or are you/someone else just going to lock this because you can't find a logical answer to this?

++1, agree to that
They usually just ignore them as well... [i sent 2 PMs, didn't get any repply]
imo, there should be a fastest way to contact a GM... Live chat doesn't work, as i said on many of my locked threads.
also, ib4tehlock, they will say:
"If you wanna complain about GM/mod issue, send a PM"
b:chuckle
Note i'm being ironic... but they did that to me on another post, talking about how slow was contacting to GMs about a ban [and i said that i sent a ticket], and they said that you don't discuss bans in the forum and that i had to send a ticket. So... a 2nd ticket for the same ban? or send a ticket to the ticket system complaining that ticket system is so slow? [i made the redundance deliberately]0 -

or maybe they just doesn't know how to read forum PMs, since forum profile takes you to core connect? [big fail]
to go read forums PMs you have to go http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/private.php...0 -
This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I've sent messages to other moderators before and have been ignored to this day. Geez, I still think I have an outstanding message to Frankie from almost a year ago? I could be wrong on that though.
The only two people that have consistently responded to my messages no matter what were eatwithspoons and Aryannamage and hm..well you know..[SIGPIC]http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/image.php?u=14463705003&type=sigpic&dateline=1322469658[/SIGPIC]0 -

Nah, they're into deleting threads these days, so nobody can question stupid decisions. A locked thread, we can go "wtf, you really that butthurt?" Not so with a deleted thread.0 -
There's absolutely no reason to delete this thread. There's no violation that I am aware of that I am crossing here.
I am asking a legitimate question and I would be pleased to have a decent response. I can understand if you're busy Frankie, but I doubt that is the case often enough, especially last night.[SIGPIC]http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/image.php?u=14463705003&type=sigpic&dateline=1322469658[/SIGPIC]0 -

This is exactly right.Evanera - Heavens Tear wrote: »So I'm curious as to how..after the incidents on the HT sub section lastnight, that I end up messaging Frankie about poor moderation from someone, and then one of my avatars gets banned, with the reason of *arguing bla bla instead of messaging me (frankieraye). The reason would have been stated in the reply, however bans are not to be discussed openly on the forums.Evanera - Heavens Tear wrote: »Please, I would really like some insight on this, or are you/someone else just going to lock this because you can't find a logical answer to this?
Yes, Fuzzy is going to lock this thread but not because there isn't a logical answer. While specific cases of bans are not to be discussed you can be assured they are not simply handed out for no reason. If you have been here long enough to know that if a problem arrises that a mod/gm should be pm'd, then you have been here long enough to realize dealing with such issues by opening new threads is not the proper method to resolve the problem.
Try sending a ticket or attempting another pm for clarification.
