Ok so let's get straight to the point since you all seem to know the inner workings of GoldDigrz so well. I truly appreciate how you point out that I boot people from my faction for not participating as a faction member. I know it is a lot to ask people to actively be online and interact with their faction mates, or ... gawd forbid .. help on faction runs! worse yet.. partake in faction events and ... oh the horror of ... doing guild base quests!!! However, as you so prudently pointed out, not doing those things, are all valid reasons a person could be booted from GoldDigrz. Unlike Enrage, I don't "pay" or "reward" as Anneliesse calls it .. our members to come online and actually participate with the faction!! b:chuckle

Now, just checking my facts and they could be a little outdated, but I doubt it ... Enrage currently has approximately 190 members and according to the screen shots, only 5 inactives right now .. leaving you with 185 people, yet only 110 signed up for TW on a 3 way gank in a TW MANDATORY FACTION!! ... hmmmm now just going off your very difficult calculations Nubis... the other 75 people were doing what with their thumbs up their $#@$#? standing around town comparing the refines on their super pro *enrage bank robbed ... eermm I mean funded* gear?

All in all Enrage... I'm glad you were able to roster a few for xWarx that weekend and the rest for wittle ole us at GoldDigrz ... unfortunately the poor Dominus' roster had to SUCK IT!! I guess you better start getting busy with your TW Mandatory faction instead of inviting all those seekers and mystics and various alts to your faction to get their daily pay for guild base quests (trying to catch up to us I see .. LMAO!!) or better yet, maybe you could just offer more money to your current members for their devotion to your TW Mandatory faction .. be sure to text them to log on so you can pay them properly! I'm just throwing out ideas here... perhaps Zaph could blow them.. eerrmm I mean blow her confetti around to encourage them to participate as an actual faction member that gives a ****??

Why would you even concider leaving the amazing Enrage? probably the best faction to be in on the weekends at least.. GD is a place for those who want to do things for the greater goods, not only for themselves.. Im sure Enrage got lots of people doing stuff together as well, but as long as GD isnt as many people its way easier for us to get a great community to involve everyone instead of only involving the core and leave the new recruits or less geared players outside...... Im not saying thats how it is in Enrage, but thats how I felt it was in every other major TW faction that ive been in, Evolution, Drakon, Tao and Radiance.

Ahem, well, since someone else has made the point that people outside the guild know so much about its inner workings, I should probably correct you that I've actually come close to leaving the guild several times for various reasons. Enrage may be the most perfect guild on the server but I am quite an oddball and the most perfect guild isn't always the best for me. Despite my disputes with the great Enrage however a few factors were always hard to overcome when my mouse is hovering over the 'leave faction' button, one of them being that I simply didn't want to be in any other guild at the time anyways b:chuckle

As for Enrage and 'the greater good' I can't really speak for them. Enrage is a mob that hardly agrees on anything with each other. I much prefer the old days of Enrage when it was like what you claim to be GD; where most people knew each other and did things together. However I am already quite over the fact that the past is past. To be honest I don't actually play enough anymore to say whether you are wrong or right about Enrage's helpfulness to its own right now. My opinion wouldn't be very accurate anyways, as the only two guilds I've ever been in are RoC and Enrage. I have a number of friends in GD and if I were to join I probably will not be as anti-social as MoonAura makes us out to be. However in addition to the single deal-breaking thing I don't like about GD, you are right in that I probably won't be leaving Enrage anytime soon anyways

This is the start of a great faction, so was Tao in the beginning, but it slowly faded away as soon as we start beating Enrage, the ego was flying up the sky, people stopped do anything that didnt benefit themselves and it ended up as a boring place to be. The "help" problem is prevalent in every faction TW or not. This is a PWI issue. The reason people generally aren't as helpful anymore is because there's no real development of content. Most people are endgame with little to do but farm their own ****, with little incentive to help others like earlier on with FB<->rep as a case example. When the game was at it's earlier stages people were still learning about the game and functions that encouraged team play were useful. They aren't anymore. Game is f***ed in these regards, and it happens to them all.

Amen. As I said I am well over the fact that the past is past. Things in Enrage will never be same not because Enrage alone has changed to be more selfish but the entire game is geared more towards selfishness than before. Even when it comes to TT, back in the day all the TT mats were useful and mats could be shared more or less evenly, but in higher tier TTs most mats are useless which makes the expensive mats much harder to split. This encourages solos, duos, trios, basically much smaller cliques than before in the 1-X and 2-X stage. Then there's the uber gears, allowing people to solo and duo instances in the first place. Being able to solo or duo end-game instances should not happen in MMOs that want to encourage team play. In fact one of the reasons I hardly play anymore is because the person I even started this game for no longer finds me 'useful' since a plain old DD who can't tank shet is 'useless.' Sad, isn't it?

But it's okay, we're used to the "Enrage is to blame for everything" mentality. Just because we don't fight it doesn't mean it's true though.

I don't think I've done GB quest in 2-3 weeks now, and it hasn't even been mentioned to me as a problem, so whatever you guys think happened, didn't happen. There are obviously 101 ways to contribute to the faction, all the GD brass realise this.

Aesth, earlier you mentioned about only one person wanting you for runs (though I'm sure that isn't completely true!). I guess that is Aura's primary concern, Golddigrz is a great faction for helping and running with everyone, regardless of class, and she wants it to stay that way. I don't think there is anything wrong with wanting people in the faction to actually be a part of the faction.

Oh, no, I'm pretty sure I'm high in demand for BHs; being 5 aps does have its perks. However I don't do my BHs. It's farming that is out of the question because all you need to farm is a BM/Sin and a cleric. Or sometimes just BM/Sin. And I don't tank well enough to qualify as a BM or a sin, so I'm just a liability on the cash flow, right? :P

Don't get me wrong, I am not really complaining about not getting runs. I don't really like the game anyways so it suits me best to be invited by people who want my company rather than my dps.
