has had problems with AH zen selling ?

seems some times gold password does not work some times

other times gold (zen)that has been sold seems to disappear even thought you do not drop it when looking for it is is invisible when you try to find it seems some how it has been supposedly picked up by some one else and told by staff ingame that is was dropped and be more careful

the fact that it is dropped does not show up on box you are looking at the box some how is under the one you see but how it becomes invisable to see on the ground i have no idea i hope this problem has some safer solutions so far i have seen none NO JOKE MUCH LOST b:surrender

I HOPE OTHERS WHO HAVE HAD THIS SAME THING HAPPEN REPORT IT AND PROBLEM CAN BE FIXED THIS ALL HAPPENS WHILE INGAME STILL PLAYING
