o.o anyone can enlighten me? i know its not allowed here, but lets say the names get mentioned on other homepage with screenshots of scam, would GM react to that in any kind of way?

Cause i mentioned in another thread to make a homepage of all scammers but someone said they tried already....if they tried something happend to it?
I mean factions have their own homepages as well and they name scammers and idiots there as well..does it break any kind of ToS of PWI?
If i m trolling and spamming on forum...then i cant sleep and need a good laugh

    Not allowed on the forums but impossible to enforce from outside of them.

    Heck, half the time with forums, people who are on the same server will send the proofs and the like to each other via PM anyways.

    And between IM, vent, Skype, and the like, it's literally impossible to keep players who know each other in some way from being able to share screens or videos of other players they've caught scamming and the like. Plus with WC inside the game... well... yeah.

    They have been known to remove a link in the forum that points to a site that contains naming and shaming in this manner. I get around it by having my wall of shame locked away in an area that is only available to registered guild members.

    If you want to name and shame someone.... you can freely do it in game, voice chat or in your guild forums. It's not allowed here.
    I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.

    However note that it can appear as harassment, and if reported - you could be banned as its not allowed.

    The reason we do not allow it on the forums is because in many cases non of the forums members have the ability to prove the case and it can cause harm to either sides involved.

    Links to sites that name and shame are removed as well.

    moral of the story, don't do it on our forums here, but other sites/forums are fair game.
