    It's stupid because you gave up firepower for survival. That extra hp and p def won't be worth a damn thing when you gimp your own magic that much.

    You made a wizard to pew pew. If you wanted survivability as well, you could have rolled a psy. Wizards can still have excellent survivability with just AA btw.

    Though I would like to see this build against a sin, I doubt it would help that much. The sin would just use 1 more occult ice/seal/sleep/stun than he normally has to use to kill you to finish off that extra bit of hp.

    I have to admit I've considered this build before, but you simply lose way too much firepower for my taste. Maybe you're okay with your wiz doing less damage than any wiz your level, whatever.
    I just remember that my old wiz on sanc was a LA wiz, and I couldn't stand the lower magic attack. Needless to say I restatted that one, and went pure AA when I changed to RT.

    If you can afford to do that, you could be much more effective doing something else. I would say yes, it is stupid to spend an *** load of coins to be mediocre. I like creativity and all, but in my mind a wiz has one purpose, and that's to kill people.

    You are doing it all wrong! Go 4 dex and 1 strength a level and use a bow. You will do a lot more damage that way.

    yes its stupid and heres why

    +12 2 icebourne r8 cost more than it would to get a r9 sword with decent refines

    you are full buffed in this so it looks better than it really is

    if your willing to spend this much money on a build, might as well make an awesome AA mage with awesome damage and good survivability. do your job sir

    It's stupid because you have +10/+11 3th grade cube/warsong ornaments, but only +5 armor
