You are right, I was looking at the wrong Sunshine Pack (purple instead of white). The 1% drop does apply to Tiger Packs though (purple text).

The chances of getting a Perfect Token of Luck are .65% from the Easy Rider Pack.

What version are you using mine doesn't work hasn't for a bit :x

You are right, I was looking at the wrong Sunshine Pack (purple instead of white). The 1% drop does apply to Tiger Packs though (purple text).

Are you sure that's the purple Easy Rider reward and not the white Easy Rider?
I can tell there are 2 Easy Rider Packs in the game files.

I currently have v0.9. But when I go to open says it's not supported (as in task.data isn't supported not stask).

That's not quite right - the easiest way to see that is to compare the Tiger Pack %s from sTaskEdit with the %s for the same item in PWDatabase. The Tiger Pack in the tasks file is 21947 - but look in the elements file and you'll see that there are 2 IDs associated with the Tiger Pack: 21947 and 21503. 21503 has the correct percentages.

If we do the same thing for the Easy Rider pack, we find that there are also 2 IDs - 24240, and 24386. 24386 has the bad BL token %, but I'm inclined to say (but with really nothing more than a hunch) that it works similarly to the Tiger Pack. Also, 24241 is Soaring Token Exchange, and 24242 is Motorbike Exchange. I don't think that's a coincidence. In that case, the rewards from 24240 look like this:
