Seeker's Fail Class

I am sick of this fail class, why did PWI even make it?? Sure it pwns in PvE ONLY for aoeing.But in PvP??? Lol it is a joke.

1)Vs BM Kite till you feel like watching anime.

2)Vs Barb Kite till Invoke wears off

3)Vs Sin Just hit it and it dies

4)Vs Seeker..............

5)Vs any arcane class. This is where the fail begins, now you see Seeker may have those lovely 30+ Def levels but it is **** in the end when fighting an arcane class lol. Why? Well because seeker has 0 reliable stuns and utter **** magic defense even with shards and ornaments, broken BM anyone???


Wizard:Oh look a seeker ill just sleep spark BIDS dead seeker. Now if it was a BM with mag marrow he might have lived.

Veno:All I need is QQ bird+Weakest skill and can still win

Cleric:Umm....Stack IH sleep spark 1 shot????

Psychic:*Yawn* and you though 30 defense levels was something lol?? Look at my 50+Def levels......*switches to black voodoo* Stun---->DD or 1 hit..

Mystic:This is where the nightmare's really show up.Push back to interrupt channel, thicket(probably already dead) DD away...I have not even gotten into pets yet but I am sure you get the point. Falling Petals heals enough to help them initial attacks,salvation as the name sounds is just OP.

Overall Seeker is just a broken BM with some range skills. Only a top of the line seeker with Hax gear can survive a mage. I mean if you fight a mage 1 on 1 with the same gear roughly you will lose 80% of the time. And I am talking about PvP where people know their class not newbs. Against melee classes it seems easy enough, but VS mage have fun lol.

Maybe I just suck balls majorly but what about you??

And it's not like each of the other classes isn't vulerable to half of the other classes (well, Psy is kinda... Stupid OP here). Archer? Yeah, good luck killing a Barb. Barb? Prepare to get facerolled by mage classes. BM? You suck in TW anyway, go farm some more TT's or Nirvana or something. Wizard, can oneshot many things, but is a big target for Archers and Barbs.

Obviously, if you put billions of coins into your build, you're gonna oneshot lots of ****, unless you're a BM, since, well, they still are gonna suck in TW/large group PK (well, you could run into a group and AOE, but you're gonna get stunned then facerolled by a Psy regardless).

Your QQ is pointless.

I could take your post, and replace 'seeker' with 'BM', and there you go, same exact thing, minus the bit about 'no good stun skill'. And about that... Is stun really that reliable? You CANNOT stun someone with alacrity buffed on them. When I see a BM coming up to me, I poke that button, they waste a moment getting their stun on, and usually I stun them/freeze them while they're wondering why it didn't work, then faceroll them.

So, maybe you should figure out a new tactic instead of trying to force a new shape into an old mold? Use the damn class' strengths, not it's weaknesses. >_>

Zerk... IT'S GODMODE + 9000!

Zerk isn't that great, IMO. It's fantastic when it procs. But, do you gamble that it's going to proc? Maybe it's different on Daggers at 4.0/5.0, but believe me, axes that zerk at 0.81/0.9 aps suck. Crit Zerk is like... awesome. Crit Zerk on spark is like super ultra awesome.

But it's never happened for me, and I sure as hell spark a lot on my BM when I use my Zerk axes. >_>

God of Frenzy I've heard is better. But I'd rather have the ability to do that massive damage every time, not just when the fail RNG decides it's time to give me double damage and take 5% of my HP. And Gloom, it's nice, gives you a ~20 barb buff, but really, it can SUCK if you're spamming wind shield/Relentless Courage and already have some decent APS. I can completely nuke my MP just using that on my archer, and half the time, it procs, then on the next attack, procs again, and the buff is still there. So, it wasts MP.

Weapon procs are a blessing and a curse at the same time, depending on the proc (Holy, Enlightenment, not so much a curse, I really like those procs XD)

Heh, I ninjaed you, was revising...

And yeah... Axes aren't so bad with Zerk. I can see daggers/fists being a problem with Zerk (and watched a Sin with GoF go from 100% to 5% because the daggers Procced 10 times in a row, and the boss whacked him pretty hard).

I still want a Zerk bow. >_>

There is a downside to gemini slash though.. you need blade affinity to make it reliable. Otherwise, anyone can interrupt you. It's so slow that it can even be interrupted while the shadow npcs are in the air ready to come down -.-

Clever use of this class can get around the no bow limitation. As for stun, well, voidstep and parchedblade can produce stuns, though only voidstep is the only reliable one when it's up. Anti-stun, yeah we don't have that.

An arcane's one worry should be heartseeker, there is potential one shotting I imagine, from that skill.

Kiting Bm's huh? Theyr sprint skill lasts 50% longer, theyr base speed is higher, and they can stun you. Have fun kiting that
Kiting a barb huh? How you expect to kite something who's base speed is almost as fast as your sprint speed?
Sins.. Maybe you can kill them... if you can see them (and even if you can, they can still stunlock you)

I kite Barbs all the time. Ranged Metal damage is great. Also, if you're planning to use TT90 Gold at endgame just for the proc, good luck. You'll need it.

Barbs are not best pk-class as well, neither Venos (if they dont have a QQ bird..LIKE ME).

Seekers are awesome in PvE and have great AOEs. I dont really know why you complain about not be able to pk EVERY class (like sin).

Seekers are probably the most balanced class in this game.

Edit: You probably played a Sin before, otherwise you wouldnt expect to kill every class instantly. Learn to play your Seeker.

Moment you're free, Edged Blur: it's passive and hurts like a ****, so even if they stunlock you, they'll still die very soon. If they re-stealth, use Edged Blur anyways once Expel wears off and run around in adorable little circles. Making the circles you run in appear adorable is key. By the time it's up, your expel should be ready to cast again, so get a freaking magic genie.

Psy: This class is like your perfect counter. Stay the hell away from them, lolz.

Mystic: Iunno, Mystic is diverse as hell to fight. Just be ready, lulz. :C

vs casters, i've always found that spark + blade affinity + gemini usually all but one shots them... critical and its a certainty. Alternatively you can voidstep to them and try to beat the **** out of them the old fashioned way, and staggering/gemini/heartseeker/battousai etc. if they try to run away. The hardest class I see is either HA fox veno with nix or psychic, but psychic is a pain for all classes if geared well...

Thanks people with some brains that actually realized I was asking for input about their experiences with seekers, to those that still don't well back to you box pleaseb:bye. But anyway(I just woke up) the only problem I see with seekers is the main fact this class seems purely based on luck/chance when it comes to arcane which just does not seem right lol. Reason I did not mention archers is because tbh I have not a SINGLE archer yet as a seeker as hard as it is to believe. And yes your right psychic is the perfect counter for a seekerb:laugh, cleric not so much but when you face a mystic it is like facing a boss in 3-2, which decides when it feels like 1 hitting youb:cry. And as for that zerk weapon, doesn't that cost like 25mil to make thatb:surrender.
