Umm I can't read this

Hey, after the new patch updates my new features are in Chinese characters, I cant read those. So if I could know what's happen' please tell me.

    Did you do an auto or manual patch? Do you have a screenshot you can post here so we can better see what is going on?

    Simillar problem but mine is completely random-most is in English aand then a few NPC speaking partly in Chinese (?) charcters. Patcher uploaded automatically

    Yes. Verified files today. It is sporadic, mostly affecting anything to do with looking up information, new features when leveling, etc.
    Tried to post screenshot but I am not smart enough to get it pasted evidentally but it is the same as the other screenshot posted
